Management Team
Greg Hyde Hryniewicz
As a graduate of the US Naval Academy, Greg brings professionalism to all he does. His University of Michigan MBA and previous employment in business strategy allow Greg to best position the company within the concrete industry. However, Greg is not one to hold court behind a desk so you can routinely find him helping produce our quality Hyde architectural precast or using his engineering skills on jobsites.
He is Board Member of the American Society of Concrete Contractors and former director of the Decorative Concrete Council Advisory Board.
Greg has traveled the globe, visiting more than 70 countries. He enjoys sailing, cooking, mountain biking and surfing. Greg is married with two children. They live in Annapolis with their dog Maua.
John Haines
Passionate about quality and committed to exceeding client expectations, John is our Operations Manager. He brings a wealth of construction management and installation knowledge to our team. His experience in a wide variety of concrete construction including LEED, commercial, residential and pervious concrete, make him the person to get the job done.
John is an leader in the industry, serving as director on the Concrete Polishing Council Advisory Board of the American Society of Concrete Contractors.
He is equally passionate about his family and the outdoors. Married with two grown sons, John is an avid fisherman, hiker and camper. He is is completely at home in the wilderness.
Maddison Habib
Maddison received her degree in Architectural Design at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She works with the pre-construction and operations departments where she provides detailed material take-offs, competitive estimates, project turnover, and premier customer service in the field.
Maddison lives in Glen Burnie, Maryland with her husband and three young children. They enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors on the Magothy River, and exploring downtown Baltimore.

K9 Office Assistant
Maua has paw-fect footsteps to follow, her sister Asha was the first K9 Office Assistant at Hyde and trained her well. She is currently working on her concrete paw-lishing skills and is busy helping Nick create a modern paw print design for our Hyde Outdoor Kitchens. Born in the summer of 2023, her primary duty includes: stress relief.
