Hannon Armstrong is the first US public company solely dedicated to investment in positive climate solutions. When designing their new offices in the heart of downtown Annapolis, Maryland, LEED initiatives were paramount to their decisions. The common areas in the office space, corridors, reception, lounges, and kitchen were overlayed in a Gray finish with a Cold Steel color accent path.

The conscientious selections for this cementitious overlay kept the project within the LEED goals and achieved the beautiful aesthetic of a polished concrete floor the team desired. Decorative control joints were added to delineate the stained from the unstained areas. The attractive intersections also distinguished the walkways from the common area and lounge areas.

The result is a durable, environmentally friendly, and stunning polished concrete floor.
