The 80 M Street project was a renovation of 4,800 sf of an office building's main lobby. This office building is located just blocks away from the National's Park and Navy Yard metro center. It is also occupied 24 hours a day and includes a café and underground parking garage. Because of this heavy foot traffic, the designer was looking for a durable and beautiful finish.

The final finish was low-gloss polished concrete with a detailed stained pattern to match the street grid of the surrounding area. The patterned extended throughout the entire lobby, into the café entrance and adjacent conference room. As you can see, the results are stunning.
