Decorative Concrete Smoothly Intertwined with the Natural Beauty of Maryland’s Eastern Shore,

The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club and Spa is a located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The property blends contemporary finishes with its rustic surroundings. This project consisted of providing a decorative acid stained and sealed floor throughout the main level, including the lobby, market, amenity spaces, and spa.

The architect and owner wanted a floor to match the contemporary feel while keeping the space warm. The owner was aware of Hyde Concrete’s previous work and this helped everyone get on the same page from the start of the project. The design went through multiple samples to find the right color; the team eventually settled on a blend of two colors.

As you can see, the results are striking!  The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club and Spa is a great example of how modern concrete finishes can be intertwined with the natural beauty of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Chesapeake Bay.
